Ricardo is an experienced Bioinformatician focused on developing predictive models and software tools with biomedical applications. He obtained his Ph.D. in computational systems biology (Gulbenkian Institute of Science, Portugal). During the last decade, he has specialized in mathematical modeling, machine learning, and automated pipeline development for genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics analysis. He is also the author of several publications and biomedical applications.
